I love my community!

I love living here at Parc at Cherry Hill. Melissa has been helpful since I’ve moved-in. Ken and Juan have come out to address my maintenance needs and are always so funny. Majority of my neighbors are very kind. I love how easy the resident app is to pay my rent and utilities as well as report maintenance issues. We also have had wonderful resident events!

Amazing Improvements

I have lived at Parc at Cherry Hill for over 3 years. While there were issues when I moved in, there has been significant positive and changes with the new management that took over last year. Maintenance comes with in 2days or less when I put a request in and office staff is very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. The overall living conditions have got so much better that I now enjoy my home again. I DO recommend living here!!!

Do Not Move Here!

Mold, roaches, trash, leaks everywhere, smells like garbage, raggedy elevators, no maintenance, old appliances, mice. Etc. Horrible place. Moving here is a waste of time and money.

No option for 0 stars

If you want things fixed here you have to contact the health department. The only thing Parc at Cherry Hill offers is to terminate your lease , when you speak up.

Luxury….if cockroaches, filth and broken appliances are “luxury”

I could go on for ages. Add mold to that.

We’ve been here for almost a year and not a SINGLE thing has been fixed, even after numerous requests have been put in to repair such. By far it’s the worst place I’ve lived. Save your money and go anywhere else.
