If you are on a bottom you won't have any peace of mind here. Up stairs don't have any wall to wall carpets you here all the floor creaking feet bangs droppings closet bangs snoring talking in sleep wall punching I asked to switch to up stairs I'm a guy told no she switch two older women from tops to bottoms go figure..back yard here is a baseball field no peace no security cams on grounds no numbered parking spot

I really like this complex -- it is well maintained and the apartments are great BUT you will not get a good nights sleep ever because of the freight trains that NEVER stop running behind the apartments at 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6 am. The horn blowing is deafening and the decibel level of the horn is unimaginable and the bells at the gates are constantly clanging. It sounds like the train is in the bedroom with you. I don't want to move but the freight trains might push me in that direction.
