If I could give zero stars, I would. The place is a bit expensive but the amenities are nice and it's a new building. I went for a tour, and everything was fine. I told them I wanted to move in, and they sent the application. The application website does not work. And I reached out to their virtual leasing agent over and over, who *promised* she would help me, only for me to get no response for weeks. I eventually gave up on the place. Listen, if you can actually get someone to help you *fill… out the application* then by all means. But them acting like *I* wasted *their* time after *never* reaching out to assist me Is crazy. Living at Embark at the Crossings has truly been an amazing experience from day one. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and genuinely feels like home.

I have to give special recognition to James, the Leasing Manager. From the very first tour, he made the entire experience welcoming, professional, and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer every question I had, making my decision to move here an easy one. Even after move-in, he continues to go… above and beyond for residents. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the people who live in the community, and it shows in everything he does.

I also want to recognize Fucquion from the maintenance team. He is outstanding! He is always prompt, respectful, professional, and takes pride in his work. Every maintenance request I’ve had has been handled efficiently and with care. It’s clear that he truly wants residents to be comfortable and happy in their homes.

A great apartment community isn’t just about the building—it’s about the people who make it feel like home. James and Fucquion are a huge part of why living here has been such a positive experience. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness make all the difference.

Currently living in my wonderful unit. Still cant believe im waking up nice fresh clean area. Thank you to James and Mark for all of the help and making me feel comfortable and answering any question from moving into the building to any problems to things i dont understand.
