Great Decision

I had a great experience applying to Sawyer Place, and we just recently moved in. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, straightforward, and well organized. Peter from the leasing team was especially helpful throughout he was responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure all of my questions were answered quickly.

He really made what can sometimes be a stressful application process feel easy and efficient. I appreciated his professionalism and clear communication every step of the way… .

Overall, the experience left a great first impression of Sawyer Place, and so far, we’re very happy with our decision to move here. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community.

Apart from the long processing time it took for the leasing to get finished, I really like everything else! The place is clean and has everything you can need nearby. One of the best properties in Yonkers!

We still don't have a 24/7 concierge, which is one main reason I moved into Sawyer Place. The maintenance department is wonderful. The amenities room is not what it used to be. The ice machine is turned off.

The development is in a wonderful location, MetroNorth/Amtrak, the banks, DMV, the library, the post office, Shoprite, Family Dollar, the Hudson River, cafes, pharmacies. This is a modern hi-rise, modern appliances, hardwood floors, with a gym, lounges, courtyard, activities.

The apartment and views are beautiful. However the additional fees are ridiculous (hvac, heat, sewer, trash, service fee, water). Adding a pool to the property/amenities would be so amazing.
