concierge and the cleaning crew in the morning. Possibly the most hard working people ever

Dog owners in this building are the most entitled people I've ever met. The dogs are off leash around the kids and they run around the great lawn where the sign says pet free zone. they let the dogs pee in the garage. There's a constant stench of wet dog in the hallway connecting 33 and 1 park. Also the dog park that's open till later and the noise from it disturbs people who go to sleep early.

I'm a new Vantage resident, and so far, I'm very happy --the cleanliness, the staff. All meeting my expectations. My move in was seamless and easy.

Amazing staff, but the elevator can be annoying at times. Sometimes it’s not working or very slow. Besides the issue with the elevator, I enjoy living here. The outdoor amenities are nice and maintenance is very responsive.

Everything is great except that there is only one pet area (on the 6th floor). I wish they offered more pet areas, since there are a lot of residents with pets.

A smoker has moved into the building around November and I constantly smell cigarette smoke in my unit. my clothes are starting to smell like smoke. This is extremely frustrating and has been going on for 2 months now. Other than that everything is great. Maintenance, concierge, etc., all great. amenities great. my apartment unit great. Smelling cigarettes at all hours of the day and starting to smell like a smoker against my will? absolutely not great.
