Everything is great except that there is only one pet area (on the 6th floor). I wish they offered more pet areas, since there are a lot of residents with pets.

A smoker has moved into the building around November and I constantly smell cigarette smoke in my unit. my clothes are starting to smell like smoke. This is extremely frustrating and has been going on for 2 months now. Other than that everything is great. Maintenance, concierge, etc., all great. amenities great. my apartment unit great. Smelling cigarettes at all hours of the day and starting to smell like a smoker against my will? absolutely not great.

Just moved to the building a week ago and the negotiation and documentation provided by the leasing office team wasn’t very clear, and many time incorrect. I had to call them many times and they were not very helpful. The apartment is in very good condition, maintenance team has a fast response time. The amenities are great, just the dog run that needs more attention, it’s always very dirty and smelly.
