Love the monarch! It is affordable and the amenities are excellent. Even though it’s in the highway which is the one downside (can’t walk anywhere) it is a great place to live!

There have been more community events and renovations which are nice to see. EV chargers are being installed! Missed the food trucks this summer and hoping they can bring a few back during the Fall.

We only been living here for a week, so far so good. The only problem I have is that the shower in the primary room does not stay hot for long. And a good amount of our wall outlets do not work!

I have lived here for 2 years and so far it has been great. People are nice and the place is fairly clean. The gym equipment got a nice upgrade and the grills in the courtyard are cleaned daily which is convenient! Overall, it’s been a good experience.

Maintenance and front staff is great. Wish we had more winter events in the building. Summer is nice because they bring food trucks. I feel safe living here. The traffic can get annoying especially during events at Metlife but otherwise not a bad place to live.
