Mice in the home
You can find mice in the home. No action taken even after several complains. Recently they have started damaging grocery items. I have 2 kids and it is very unhygienic to stay here.

roaches. mice. horrible customer service
Roach and rodent infested. Horrible maintenance help. Water bill is split between the building so it’s 80 bucks for 2 ppl who both work full time. It’s a ripoff and disgusting place to live. We will be leaving ASAP.

Not Good
Service team is OK, they respond well when they understand the complaint. However, problem is with the apartments. They are quite old. Full of mice, roaches, mosquito and bed bugs.

Excellent Living!
I've been living in this community (2 bed room basement apartment) for almost a year now, and I'd say that, I had a great living. The maintenance service is excellent, they make sure every request is taken care at the earliest possible. It's close to lot of Indian groceries and restaurants. Metro park station is only about 20 mins walk from the apartment. The schools in this neighborhood are pretty good as well. Overall, I'd love to continue to stay here as long as my job doesn't take me... anywhere else.
