Three years at TCE

What first drew my wife and I to the Towne Centre at Englewood was its location and amenities. You can walk to all of the restaurants and the grocery store in town and there is easy access to public transportation. The concierge staff and security guards are genuinely friendly and kind. The Supers of this building are absolutely incredible; they get things done in an efficient way. Our neighbors are nice and respectful—everyone here goes about their day. Management is very courteous and… responsive; my wife and I were impressed with how quickly they responded to the pandemic and made sure tenants stayed as safe as possible with appropriate guidelines to follow. This is our 3rd year in our apartment and we can’t say enough good things about our experience living here.

Amazing apartment in Englewood

I recently moved into the Towne Centre at Englewood - and so far I've had an extremely pleasant experience.
1. Neighbours are extremely friendly, always willing to say hi
2. Front desk people are very friendly. They are around all the time, so my family never feels unsafe
3. Management is amazing and very accomodating.
4. Maintenance staff are very good, friendly and timely.
5. The apartment itself is roomy and uses high-quality appliances and cabinets.

So far, I have not had any complaints… and I look forward to my time here.

TowneCentre at Englewood Living

Spacious apts with every amenity, tons of upgrades, hardwood floors throughout in select units, large court yards, media room, library, fitness center, great kid activities and large playroom.
Close to everything highways, shopping, dining in heart of Englewood.
Pet Friendly for those who are animal lovers.
It really has it all!!!
