Mouse-ville
This is place is mouse-ville - and the exterminators contracted by Edgewood Properties do nothing to alleviate the problem. The only thing worse than the rodents are the college-age human vermin allowed to rent these properties who do not know how to live in apartments around actual adults. Do not move here unless you enjoy smelling marijuana, hearing ignorant 'music' and being disturbed at all hours by soon-to-be junior college drop outs.

my townhome
i'm a student leasing with roommates and the community feels safe for me. the staff was super helpful and my townhome is really nice. i love that they're pet friendly because i can have my dog with us! highly recommend!!

Bed Bugs
I wouldnt rent an apartment here ever again. The apartment below me was full of bedbugs, they put an eviction on the record of my neighbor who wasn't evicted, and we were served papers saying the complex is now trying to charge us for doors that their maintenance man removed, and have tacked on several other bogus charges. Don't move here, you will regret it.

My apartment.
My apartment complex, Sunrise Bay in Galloway, is located across the street from the local high school which makes traffic a nightmare during the school year. The buildings and landscape are well-maintained. It is a great place for young people since many students from the local university make their homes there. However, because of this, many of the units are rented by groups of students with multiple cars so parking is often very scarce. The office and maitnence staff are very nice and overall... it is a welcoming place to live. When appliances break or the house needs fixing it is always done in a timely matter. Sunrise Bay is very close to several major banks and the grocery store. I have lived here for two years and would renew my lease again.

Cousin townhome
My recently moved into his spacious two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome and I must say it's truly beautiful. It have a nice large kitchen with a dining room. Love the fact that each bedroom has it own attracted bathroom and the half bath is downstairs for any guests.
