Beautiful Apartments!
These are beautiful, up-to-date apartments, in a safe area. Shopping is close-by (as well as USPS & Starbucks!), and the grounds are well maintained. Jessica was very welcoming and professional, and I am thankful that she saw me on short notice. The rental application process was not long at all, and I enjoyed the warm welcome and modernized interior of the building. I would certainly recommend these apartments to family and friends.

Customer Service and Early Application Process Review
Disclaimer: this review is only covering the customer service and information I got from talking to Jessica, the representative that answered the phone number listed on this posting, about my interest in the Princeton Court Apartments.
She was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had about the apartments; I have absolutely no complaints about the customer service!
There is a 250 dollar money order that needs to be in place if you want to hold your spot for apartment rent and a 62... dollar application fee, which seems standard for apartment processes these days. You will only get your money order investment back if your application is denied, and not if you cancel your holding.
Unfortunately, they do not have pictures of one-bedroom apartments and do not offer viewings of said one-bedrooms at the time of writing. Given I told them I am only interested in one-bedrooms, this is a little troublesome because I'd want to know what I'm throwing my money at. They did however mention that a 2-bedroom was available to view.
Some feedback for management in the future, perhaps take some pictures to show of the individual apartments if showings of the rooms are not an acceptable policy to enforce :).
Overall, I rate this experience as 4 stars, because all of my questions were answered and the customer service was quite pleasant, but I am still left with no proof of the apartments' conditions.

great place to live
i have been living here for 2 years now and i love the neighborhood. very close to everything. couple of downsides: walking distance to get your mail and do your laundry (but you'll get used to it), and unassigned parking space (other neighbors are so inconsiderate occupying the parking spot in front of your apartment despite the fact they live in farther most unit, and the visitors especially during the weekends are also inconsiderate occupying these spots. More washers and dryers would be... better especially if your laundry day is every weekend where you have to compete with time availability to use the laundry (currently they have 2 washers and 2 dryers on each, stacked washer and dryer will be best to accommodate 2 more washers and 2 more dryers).
I love that i have a back porch with spacious yard (plus points if you have a dog). maintenance is always available. good water pressure. i cant see myself moving soon unless i have to buy my first house.

Wonderful Community
I had the absolute pleasure of living in the Princeton Court development for just over one year with my fiancée. Sadly, we have to move closer to work... I will miss this community so much. Any time there was a maintenance issue, it was addressed the same day or within a day. Amazing service. I was never worried that something would be ignored. The maintenance staff is top notch, as is the leasing officer, Mark. The community was always clean, grounds well cared for, trash removed promptly, and... no noise at all. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live within a reasonable budget!!
