Dey & Bergen feels like home already. From the attention to detail that our leasing agent brought the day of our tour to the seamless process moving in. Facilities, communication with front desk, amenities, so far so good! You have access to a portal where you can submit reports for any detail that needs fixing, the super is prompt and very respectful. Keep up the good work!

The community is great here! Full of small families and young professionals, but everyone gets along. People tend to mind their business and help keep the place clean which only makes the place more enjoyable.

leasing team is available 24/7. Doormen always nice. Gym well equipped. Residents friendly. Lots of pet owners in this building but in general, maintenance seems to do a good job of cleaning common areas often
