Said I had an apartment ready but then ghosted me for 2.5 weeks

I never officially rented here but had a very poor experience in the leasing process. I had applied for a lease and submitted the needed paperwork and payments and was told my lease and documents were coming shortly and then got nothing and they were unreachable for nearly 3 weeks. I emailed several times to no response and when I called no one picked up and the voicemail box was full so it was impossible to leave a message. Finally a day before my requested move-in date did I receive a call... saying I was good to go but had still received no documents. I requested to cancel the never sent lease and they did agree to refund me the application fee and deposit to their credit so I am only out my time, but this was still an overall extremely frustrating experience.

Moving to NJ after living in Brooklyn for 16 years, my initial experience was not great until I move to Harrison Yards. I feel like I not only got what I wished for but more. Apartments are spacious, gets great light, Path train is literally 3 minutes by walk, common spaces are very well maintained, concierge and maintenance team are so helpful as well as the leasing team. If you are looking for an upgrade to your living conditions and still being close enough to New York for job/business needs,... we should definitely be neighbors!

The building still under construction

The building is an absolute horror show leaking pipes broken cabinets when I first moved in my neighbor was a homeless guy who so happen to sneak through and now since Greystar took over they pretty much added on to the problem. Leasing office is a joke they never answer nor pay back security deposits STAY AWAY
