I would not recommend this building due to ongoing issues with management and billing practices. Rent charges change frequently with little explanation, and there are recurring additional fees that appear without clear justification. Getting straightforward answers about these charges is consistently difficult and time-consuming.

Building management is also challenging to work with. Communication is slow, issues often require multiple follow-ups, and concerns are rarely resolved efficiently.... Rather than feeling like a professionally managed property, interactions often feel disorganized and dismissive.

As stated in previous reviews, the walls are incredibly thin and you hear everything. The Clinton St side of the building has a trash pickup every morning around 1am that will wake you up. Also as stated best in an earlier review, “if you are unlucky to have neighbors above you who have children, you will wish you never signed the lease because you will have a miserable existence.” The apartments have a nice interior, but construction of the building is horrible and management doesn’t seem to... care.
