411 Myrtle Avenue Apartments

I would give them no stars if I could. Do not live in any building owned by this company, they treat their tenants like garbage. None of my contacts when I moved into the building even work for them anymore because they were tired of their crap. They will file a motion for eviction on you if you are 5 days late. Also the address of their L.L.C. is bogus. the property belongs to Downstate College campus in Brooklyn.

For the most part the building is ok. They kept up their end of the bargain as far as monthly extermination. There are no issues with pests only centipedes once in a while. Anytime there is a maintenance issue the super will fix it. There isn't much maintenance issues this building is brand new it is a year old. The building is clean. Neighbors don't bother you and are nice. The only thing I don't like is that they lied about the central air. They said it has heating and cooling but it really... only has heat. It's a rough neighborhood and there is only street parking but I already new that so I made it work because they said they were working on getting a small parking lot for tenants. I been here for about 7 months and 6 months in someone tried to break in my apartment while I was there. That's the only incident so far other then that everything is ok. Read More
