I have had an absolutely wonderful experience living at 65 Bay St Apartments. Over the winter, my heater stopped working properly, and I only realized when I saw a large change in my heating bills. When I reported the change and issue to management, they immediately worked hard to replace my heater. Not only did they fix the issue, but Erin Rinkiewics advocated for me with Westminster Management. She made sure that I was more than appropriately compensated for my heating issues. Been here since March 2026. Living at 65 Bay has been great so far. No complaints. Package room is tidy, amenities are kept very well, staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. So far so good.

My wife and I have been at 65 Bay Street for four years and have no complaints. The building is well-maintained, management is responsive, and the staff is genuinely easy to deal with, which goes a long way.
