I recently renewed my lease for the 3rd consecutive year, building has great well maintained amenities, is kept clean and is well located. The management namely Janice who I have known for these year and also Dominick were very tenant centric - they understand the tenant situation and are willing to problem solve and support retention. Overall a great tenant experience.

We absolutely love living here at Haus-25! After moving here from New York, it's been the best experience so far. The commute back into the city is incredibly smooth, easy, and quick! Harvest Wednesdays are one of our favorite days of the week. My husband’s favorite amenity is the golf simulator, while I’m a huge fan of the Zumba classes on Wednesdays. This building truly offers a wealth of great amenities.
We also enjoy seeing all the adorable furry friends who live here. A special shout-out... to Kevin T, the maintenance guy, who is always ready to lend a hand with a smile, and to Daniel M, the front desk attendant, for being so warm and friendly. You both make us feel right at home every time we pass you in the lobby.
Thank you for all that you do! We would absolutely recommend Haus-25. It’s an awesome place to call home!

Annual maintenance done with Kevin and team. Went in depth checking all appliances and replacing all filters. Quick and easy.
