Outrageous rent increases be prepared

Building is in a nice location and overall design is nice if you can deal with the fake hardwood floors and absurd rent increases.

Love it here

Going on three years now, we love living here. The office and maintenance is great. The concierge as well is best of the best. The common areas are always clean and well kept. The apartment we live in is very spacious and we have a great view.

Exceptional

Samantha and Michael have always been extremely helpful and respectful when it comes to any questions regarding our lease. They have been brilliant with organizing events, bringing the community together and we are thankful to them, and for looking after our home in this tranquil building. We have found the entire experience to be very accommodating. I would highly recommend Riverhouse 9 as your new home.

Love it here

New and beautiful building inside is very spacious. Building is well kept and maintained very well. Staff are so helpful from the office, concierge, and maintenance. Not to mention the quick walk to the ferry that is a few blocks away, light rail is close too I use it all the time to go into Hoboken. Going on year two here no plans of moving out I love it here!

RH 9 BEST IN CLASS

This is the Best Building and Community managers in New York and New Jersey are. I have been living RH9 since it opened. I will renew for the 3rd time next year.
1) Building Brand New. Pool like a Hotel. Amazing Views. Gym fully equiped and large space with different machines !!. 6 Grills Inside garden area.
2) Location. Ferry a 4 minutes walk and Train&Bus 3 minutes walk.
2) Doorman 24 hours. Nice people here too.
3) Community managers ready to help with the initial paperwork and after... that manager are very helpful for any question etc..Super nice person Mr. Paladino and Mrs. Saleh
4) Prices are not crazy like in New York and too much better
Strongly recommended !! Best Building & C.Managers in NY&NJ area.
