Maintenance Requests
My husband and I are very happy living at Lindcrest. We have been here less than a year, but I’m certain we will be here for a long while. The location is perfect for us, close to both our jobs. The reason for the 5 star rating is mainly due to their excellent maintenance department. Every inquiry has been answered with promptness and effectiveness. The staff is courteous and respectful and just get the issue resolved. Marta in the office is kind and attentive. I can go on but I will just... say that if you’re looking for an apartment in a quiet, clean and caring community, search no more, there’s no better choice than Lindcrest, in our opinion. Lindcrest is family oriented and pet friendly. Their new Laundry Center is modern, open 24 hours and accessible to all residents. My only wish is that there would be an area for grilling in the summer time, or that we would be able to have a grill. My husband and I enjoy grilling during the summer. There’s plenty of open space for kids to play and outdoor entertainment and activities. Thank you Lindcrest. Wilda and Sergio DeAgustini
