There are many positives about living here: new appliances, a lovely clubhouse, decent fitness room and excellent staff. Snow removal has been very good!
Negatives include overflowing trash and recycling dumpsters, trash discarded in parking lot, noisy hallways at times and incidences with packages being taken inside the building.
Recommendations would include video cameras inside each foyer, additional dumpsters or more frequent trash pickup and removal of large items thrown next to dumpsters... and wall- mounted cabinets in bathroom are needed for storage. Like living here it's quiet neighbors are nice it's also close to stores and restaurants. The staff and maintenance team is very friendly. The amenities are good and I also like the coffee bar.

Everyone is so friendly and approachable in this community. Orlando is the best, always happy and eager to help. The gym is nice and accessible also.

I enjoy living in this community. The people are nice for the most part. The maintenance team is nice.
The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear a lot above and below, but it's generally fine. The grills outside are always out of propane, but it's because the residents don't know how to work it. It does get replaced but it's annoying.

I really enjoy living here, the staff and maintenance is amazing. They always stay on top of it and are super personable. The amenities are great ! The location is super close to anything and everything. It’s a great neighborhood , although it’s right off the main road, the traffic noise is little to none and never a bother
