Great place to call home! Many choices of apartments, great location to all your favorite stores any many businesses such as physicians and other health/ wellness spots. Mature landscaping with outdoor walking paths, that surround 2 ponds. Amenities include clubhouse, outdoor grills, fire pit, tv, fitness gym and dog park.

I have lived at Brookview for 7 yrs now and I am very pleased with the staff and maintenance. The ground is kept well and thru snowstorms I’m very happy to have a crew of people who are very responsive.

it’s been good so far! we wish there were more ways to meet people. Also the lighting in the layout we are in is horrible, there is 1 overhead light for the entire downstairs and the natural lighting is very limited.

The Brook View community is clean well maintained and staff that is supportive and kind to residents and it feels like home. Anything that needs to be fixed and/or replaced is done within a reasonably quick time.

Such a warm welcome! The staff are kind and warm, the grounds are clean and safe. Moving in was a breeze- picking up keys was simple and the street is not busy so unloading was no problem. We love the clubhouse and walkable grounds!
