Go else where

Place was a nightmare from the day I moved it until the day I moved out. They hit you with charges left and right I highly recommend you go somewhere else and save your self the head ache of constant construction, fire alarms, and no parking. Also the trash chute was always jammed and never working.

Unfortunately with a new building there may be some minor construction or setbacks however we are pleased to find that the… construction concerns have not been an issue for some time. We had not been made aware of any parking concerns but we will take a closer look at how we can make some positive changes.

Incredible Experience - Gemma is a top notch leasing consultant

My girlfriend and I have been looking at multiple apartments in the Matawan area for the past few weeks. The experience on our tour of The Edge was unlike any of the others. Gemma was our leasing consultant, who was essentially the main reason why we will be renting at The Edge when the time comes later this year. Her friendliness, knowledge of the building and transparency was a huge factor in our decision. We want to be some where that feels like home and is very welcoming and that is exactly… what you get at The Edge. We are very excited to see more of Gemma and her team during our time living in these beautiful new apartments.
