Noise complaints

I live here and the biggest challenge to live here is noise complaints , apartments are very sensitive and simple walking on the floor creates noise to folks living downstairs, I have seen many people with kids leaving the place.
Very good maintenance staff though, and good schools.

Great!

Our family lived here in a 2-bedroom for a half a year, and it was absolutely wonderful. Management was always super polite and helpful whenever we needed anything, and the maintenance crew was both friendly & efficient. The apartments themselves are brand spanking new, so everything looks gorgeous and runs great. As long as you have a car, you're in a pretty accessible area that's 10-15 minutes to the train station, Rt. 18, Rt. 9, Freehold Mall, etc.

Great Place To Live

The management team here is fantastic. When you call the office with maintenance problems, the issues are resolved either that day or the next morning. The property is well maintained, the apartments are beautiful and the area is great. Couldn't ask for more!
