As a current resident who works from home, the recently-added extra monitors in the office are super! Thanks to Amarilis who continues to support and anticipate the needs of the residents. We sold our house in June 2023, moved here and have just renewed our lease for an another year. The apartment is new, very clean and our building manager and superintendent are great. The location is convenient to a variety of stores, doctors, Rt 287, 80 & 78 and a train that goes to NYC. We are very happy here.

For the price paid, management should be considerably better. They have failed to address a complaint about marijuana smoking by a resident that made our apartment virtually uninhabitable with a small child. This has been going on for more than 3 months. Additionally, a number of amenities were broken for extended periods of time, and our key fob would not open the golf simulator door, despite repeated asks to have that resolved. Avoid this place like the plague.

Building is newish, but management is undesirable. Elevator, bathroom broken for months. We either had to walk down four flights of stairs, or spend 10 minutes walking to the other side of the building to take other elevator. Washer/dryer takes hours for one load and blows hot air into the apartment, resulting in a high air conditioning cost. Dishwasher broke and was told it would be weeks before they would even look at it. Utilities are extremely high. High tack-on fees for anything… imaginable. No on-site security, loud parties in the common courtyard until late a night. Doors to balcony were very drafty and noisy. Looks pretty, but that's it. Management is unfriendly at best.
