Was here a while and now leaving due to high rent increases and no communication from management. Also, service requests aren’t followed through and completed… Price is high for non luxury apartments and no amenities.

Staff is good, but there are other issues like
1. Maintenance: Repeated issues with hvac( keep failing)
2. Billing: Repeated issues with billing(wrongful charges and no resolution from admin)

I have been residing at the highlands since 2011. Building #2 All my beighbors are just like family. Very close and we look adyer one another.
The maintenance crew are very efficient and friendly as well as the leasing office.

Everything has been amazing besides the heater malfunctioning within our 1st week here.
The maintenance had to come more than 3-4 times, for now it's working fine.
