Awesome First Apartment

This was my first apartment and it was fantastic. I moved due to work, otherwise I'd still be there. The property manager was so kind and maintenance is punctual. Didn't hear neighbors, quiet neighborhood. Zero issues!

So worth it!

I had to move last minute for a job promotion from out of state and I used apartments.com to find a place quick based solely on pictures and reviews ! The search engine helped me find this great property in a safe neighborhood within my tight budget. The property is so well maintained, clean, safe and lovely! The property manager is prompt, professional and such a pleasure to work with. I don't regret my decision for a second to go through apartments.com for this great property

First apartment as a married couple

It is a really good place for a couple or someone who's just starting out. The size of the one bedroom unit is decent. The kitchen and bathroom are fully updated. They also have a fitness center with new equipment, which is a big plus. The only downside of living here is not having a balcony/patio and not having the washer and dryer in unit. If those two things don't seem to bother you, then I'd highly recommend this place.

Great For Couples

Perfect size for two people. Rent is pretty affordable since all utilities are included. Great fitness center. Requests are filed and handled in a reasonable amount of time. Very nice manager and staff.

Nice Apartment with Helpful Management

I've been living here for two years, and I like it a lot. My apartment is nice, the heating and air conditioning are included, and it's safe. The management will work with you on keeping your rent stabilized come lease renewal time.
