Move-in was nice and smooth. Ivan was extremely helpful. The leasing staff were also very helpful and accommodating. All in all, the move-in process was very easy with almost no hiccups.

Th convenience of everything being close by such as daisy’s deli, crave, hên and Walmart all within walking distance where things such as u er doesn’t get used much unless it’s for medical appointments that are farther out.

We moved in November 2025 and the sales and maintenance experience has been phenomenal. Lucy was our go to person in the Sales office and she patiently answered our numerous questions and expertly guided us through the application process. When we moved in, we had a walkthrough of the unit with maintenance and identified 2 or 3 minor items that were quickly resolved within the next 24 hours.

All pretty easy and online but don’t like the spam emails I get from signing up and using the service for rent payment. It is still not clear to me if I can pay with a credit card, I know there is a fee but the verbiage contradicts what the service seems to allow you to do.
