16-18 N 12th St Apartments

My building consist of 15 apartments, 3 floors (no elevators) but I will start with the positive. My apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Very large livingroom space, hard wood floors, seperate private kitchen, wide windows, huge walk in closet and plenty of storage space. I love the high ceilengs and the fact my apartment is towards the back of the building so noice cancellation is a plus! Pet friendly. The negative. No no doorbell, winter is freezing because of lack of heat, sometimes the... shower goes into sudden spurs between cold and hot water within seconds making the shower expierience unpleasant. Bathroom creates mold on the wall because of no vents.. this means FUNGUS AND PESTS!!!! I've had the apartment fumegated twice in 7 months. My crusty over painted apartment is unappealing too.
