All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, and vapes. Smoking is permitted outside and well away from any doors or windows, and debris must be cleaned up. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Guests are required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a selfie to a secure portal before check-in. The primary guest must be 25+ years old and personally occupy the property for the full stay.
