From the moment I signed the lease, it was evident that I had made an excellent choice, and much of that credit goes to Ben, the property manager.

With spacious layouts, modern amenities, and a serene atmosphere, it truly feels like home. We loved living an amazing 6 years at Stratford Apartments! Great management and maintenance! Very cosy apartment with no issues whatsoever! Clean,safe and friendly neighborhood! It was perfect for my family and we are so happy that we chose to live there. We bought a new home now and that is the only reason we moved out! A big thank you to Ben the manager and Maria the office secretary for always being so helpful and communicative! And thank you to the maintenance workers for always tending to… things usually that same exact day! How do I love thee, Stratford? Let me count the ways: Located on Rt. 9 at Fairway Lane right behind the greatest little strip mall with ShopRite, Palumbo's Pizza, Chinese/Japanese restaurant, nail salon, hair salon, bagel joint and liquor store! With a NJ Transit bus stop at Fairway Lane and numerous taxis in the parking lot; not only can you walk to shopping, if it came down to it: you don't really need a car!

The office staff and maintenance crew are WONDERFUL. Snow? It gets cleared.… Landscaping? Upkept and nice. We recently got new sliding glass doors that open to the 2nd floor balconies, and our decks were power washed and sealed. If you have a maintenance issue, the guys are very quick to respond, and Maria in the office is a gem.

Stratford is an older brick complex, so it's solid and wasn't slapped up yesterday. I've been here six years in a 2-bedroom and have no plans to leave. It's the perfect size and could not be more convenient. And cats are allowed! Read More
