Rock Springs Apartments

I have lived at Rock Springs Apartments in Morrisville, Pa 19067 since 2020. The apartments are really run down with cracks running down walls and the walls are paper thin as well as the flooring. We hear every step, stomp, door slam and conversation no matter which unit a tenant lives in and it is annoying! If there were easier and lesser income requirements, I am sure that many of the tenants would have moved out years ago.

There are no resolutions to any issues that arise between... tenants other than to just leave from management. There is one grill for over 148 apartments and about six washing machines in the laundry room. There is no parking for tenants who come home late because some tenants are allowed to take up four or more parking spaces per building. The 'A Building' has THREE dumpsters that sit directly near their windows and little kids run through there scratching cars while they drag garbage bags to these dumpsters all times of night.

So far management doesn't barge in and that's a good thing, nor does maintenance which is only ONE person for over 148 apartments.

All in all, I gave my opinion as well as the opinion of some of the tenants, both present and former so believe us or not; don't complain later if you decide to move here. Read More

There are rats and roaches!!! We have made several complaints about this issue and there has been no resolution. We can literally hear rats in the walls of our apartment. The office staff don’t seem to care and are often rude! They don’t even answer the phone !I can’t wait until my lease is up the place has been a nightmare.

Just moved in, place looks nice but started to find roaches. Was informed by neighbor after moving in that there is a roach infestation in the building.

They have mice and roaches. Management is rude and unpleasant. I’m leaving!!!!!

2 year resident and ready to move on.

Poor hygiene of public spaces, cockroaches & mice infestation and the bathtubs lose their paint every month making it dangerous for people with children.

Management is very condescending as if rent was free.
