Uninhabitable living

Do not be fooled by management posting reviews saying how amazing this place is. The truth is, this place is beyond disgusting. Roaches, bed bugs, there is no "maintenance on sight 24/7", there isn't even a garbage disposal or working washing machines/dryers (that you have to share with everyone else in your building). Management can take days if not weeks or months to respond to an issue, if they respond at all. The entire place is a fire hazzard waiting to happen due to faulty outlets and… plugs in each apartment.
That's only the beginning of what's wrong here, do yourself a favor and run.

Unresponsive/Waste of Money

My boyfriend and I went to visit these apartments. It took a long time to get in contact with the property manager, I never spoke with her on the phone or met her. When we visited a member of the maintenance team showed us the available apartments. He was super nice and answered all of our questions. We then got in contact with the property manger again and she said we could apply on the Oakmark Management website. We applied and spent $90 total. I heard back from her one time after applying… because she needed an additional proof of income. That was on August 24th and now it is Sept. 12th and I still have yet to hear back whether our application was accepted or not, and she has not responded to any of my emails or calls. I wish I could give a review of the actual apartment but I can't. Please do not waste you money applying here.

Absolutely Love it!

This place is absolutely amazing to live in, Right across from beautiful serene park, tennis courts. Responsive management. You definitely have a warm feeling living in this complex! Highly recommend!!

Look Elsewhere

The maintenance team does not do any maintenance. Our dryer broke 6 months ago and it is still broken. My ceiling had a leak once. It took over a year to get fixed. I had to call the county inspector to get them to fix it. Two years later, it is leaking again. I have to turn the cold water on in my sink to get hot water in the shower. I reported this issue over a year ago. The company randomly decided that I was on month-to-month without telling me. One day they decided that I had to sign a new… lease with 30 days notice. They jacked up my rent 200 dollars on the new lease.
