I duly scheduled an appointment to view the model units. (The do no let you view the club house or the actual unit). The leasings agents have bankers hours and do not work past 5 pm. Since it is a self-guided tour, I requested a late appointment, so I do not have to take too much time off work. Madeline would only schedule me in the middle of the day and insisted it would take a 1 hour tour despite the fact it is a self-guided tour and they will only let you view 3 model units, and nothing… else.

Based upon the foregoing, I had to schedule time off work to make it there in the middle of the day. 1.5 hours before my scheduled appointment, they left a voicemail unilaterally cancelling my appointment, so they can close the office even earlier. I called back 4 times and left voicemail messages and they refused to pick up the phone or respond to voicemails.

Due to their short notice of cancellation, I lost time off work.

This has to be the most unprofessional bunch of leasing agents.

They do not answer the phone.

They do not respond to inquiries.

They do not offer promotions.

They do not let you view the actual apartment to be rented.

The layout of the apartment is stupid, two bedrooms are close to each other, the washer/dryer room are in the middle of the two bedrooms, the mech room are behind the bedroom. Most the important, the soundproof is so bad, you can hear every noise from your roommate, AC, washer and people outside talking. The soundproof is just so bad!
