no refundable deposit

The property in this neighborhood sucks and there's no refundable deposit. When I moved out in May, when they checked out, they told me that they would only deduct $300 for the wall painting, they said they would not deduct the other expenses, and when I received the deposit check, they deducted $1,500 for the carpet replacement and $1,200 for the wall painting. So far, he has not sent me an email to explain and tell me the specific details of the cost. This apartment is a security deposit trap.

The Best Office Team!

The apartments here are wonderful. What set Villas at Fairway apart is the excellent customer service I have experienced while living here. I toured with Avalon in the area and the customer service was cold and unfriendly. At Villas, Emilee and Neysa are amazing front desk workers and have answered more questions for me than I can count. Peter was an amazing leasing agent and told me everything I needed to know. For the small amount of issues that did come up in our physical apartment, Frank… the maintenance man was there in the blink of an eye to remedy them! Great place to live and excellent customer service!

Not recommended

Worst leasing office I ever seen. Forget about half of your security deposit. I still don't understand why they charged me for paint. I think they'll find out a reason to charge you.

Thrilled Tenant

Great place!!! Excellent professional service from the office! Extremely helpful and exceptionally caring! My family and I have dealt with Aris Corcino- Leasing Consulatant and she has been nothing shy of great when it comes to assisting us in any matters! Great at-home feel community and neighborhood. Great customer service!!!!! Highly recommend living here!!!

Excellent experience so far!!!

I have been living here since last one year and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Hurma, Dillon and Aris (front desk staff) are wonderful and have been always helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved immediately and follow up is done to make sure your satisfaction. Parking is easy and all buildings are very clean.

Again hats off to the front desk staff for such a pleasant experience so far!!!
