Frankie is the best!

Me and my cousin recently were forced to move from our old apartment. We met Frankie and she made the process so much easier for us and was the nicest person ever! I can’t wait to move into my unit at the beginning of the month!!

Highly Recommend It

Just recently moved into the apartment and I'm pretty happy with the complex. My apartment was clean and in decent shape. Management fixed any issues I found pretty quickly. It's a good neighborhood, my neighbors are nice, and the rent is reasonable. Couldn't really ask for more.

The Place You Want to Move to

Grandview apartments was the best choice for my family. We’ve been living in our apartment for a few months now and we still have nothing to complain about! Grandview management and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient when responding to ticket/service requests. The property is always clean and presentable as the grounds are maintained weekly and the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. If you’re looking for your next apartment look no further than Grandview.

love my home

I have someone helping me with the writing of the review. Honest review. 5 stars for sure because Gransview is great!. I have been here for 40 years and I have to say that the staff has been very nice to me and helpful. I like Dov the big guy aka the man! I enjoy this staff. Frankie should stay here managing the place. She cares and treats me like I'm the only person living here. Georgie is busy all the time with maintenance and tends to me and my neighbors. I love my home and I'm pleased with… how things are going with Montium.
