Looks nice in photos, but living here is a nightmare
I’ve lived here for over a year and strongly regret signing the lease. The noise from upstairs neighbors is relentless, banging, dragging furniture, and heavy steps at all hours. I complained multiple times, stayed patient, gave management time, and followed every protocol. Nothing changed. After more than 50 days, when I finally lost my temper out of sheer frustration, I got the warning, not the people causing the issue. It felt deeply unfair and dismissive.
They also charge hidden fees like a... $90 “Technology Package” (mandatory, even if you have your own internet) and a $5.25 service fee to pay rent online through Conservice. The HVAC is ancient, noisy, and completely unmaintained. My unit was never serviced even once, and the electric bills were awful, especially in summer and winter.
You’ll also smell weed regularly around the property, strong enough to notice even from outside. Management does nothing.
Other reviews echo what I’ve experienced: old appliances, mold, leaks, useless maintenance, and zero accountability. If you ever need to leave early, they’ll charge you 2.5 months’ rent as a penalty. This place is overpriced, poorly managed, and stressful. I wish I had taken the reviews seriously before signing. Think twice.
