Love this community! Very serene location but close to NYC. I'm impressed with the professionalism & responsiveness of the staff.

I love this Neighborhood

This area is wonderful. I’ve been here for 6 years and I love the neighborhood. There is a super market, a nice restaurant, a couple of laundry mats, hair salon, nail salon, bagel shops, pizzeria, pharmacy and park within walking distance.

Great Spot

Just moved in and am very happy with the area and especially the grounds. The move was very difficult during this pandemic but the office really went out of their way to help me. New kitchen and bath are so beautiful - feels like a hotel.

Please do NOT come here.

I am about to escape here asap. Hillside apartment site only posts 5star comments which are all lies from my personal experiences. Nothing like the pictures. Nothing gets fixed on time until all your food in the refrigerator gets rotten. After long wait the maintenance manager comes and says to us and my neighbors that we destroyed everything because we didn't call fast enough to fix it. Blames the residents. Maintenance manager is very unprofessional too. He says he will be here 5minutes which… means 2-3hours at least. People have been complaining to the city hall but no change. No improvement. Only increases the rent.

Inconsiderate property managers

New management only cares about money and improving the outside of the apartments to impress potential new tenants as opposed to caring about the conditions of their own current residents
