Lost packages, constant dog pee in the elevators and hallways, faulty fire alarms that go off for HOURS multiple times causing us to evacuate down 40 flights of stairs, disgusting bug infestations all summer long, multiple unfixed water leaks in our apartment and throughout the building, broken tiles, thin walls with loud upstairs neighbors that blast loud music all hours of the night, constant smell of weed and cigarette smoke, and the list goes ON. Management doesn’t care!

Terrible, rude concierge service.
Shoddy construction.
Very poor management even for basic things like handling of package deliveries.
False fire alarm goes off very frequently due to poor building design.
Indoor pool and associated amenities stay closed for several months so the management can cut corners.

I absolutely adore the location. I adore my unit. I adore, even my neighbors. This building is a blast in a glass literally very quiet. The people are nice.
And Tatiana is always there when you need her. The least agents are very nice and they address any concerns literally love this building.
