Really enjoy living here

Residing in Toms River apartments has proven to be a positive and seamless experience for me. The office manager exhibits remarkable professionalism and efficiency promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries I may have. Additionally Juan is consistently swift completing any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks lightning quick. Both individuals consistently exhibit a high level of amiability and professionalism in all interactions.

We have been 7yrs through the time we've went through 3 owners. These owners are great. Proactive and so kind. I love it here

Great Apartments

Love it here . Have been here for 3 years.
Danielle ( property manager) and Juan (Super) are great ! Any maintenance needs are fixed in a timely manner .The only thing thing is lack of parking .They have a sign up that states permit parking only,and that they will tow cars without a permit . Their are many cars without a permit and they hardly tow anybody.

Disrespectful neighbors

Loud neighbors blasting their music and yelling all hours of the day and night almost every single day for a year. This is far from "quiet enjoyment" as the lease states. Many attempts to get this resolved were made with the prior landlord and a few attempts were made with the new one, and nothing has changed. No resolutions were provided, no evictions were made, no offers to switch to a different apartment, no soundproofing, no refunds, nothing was offered, just a yeah okay we'll try. It is a... nuisance property, I feel ripped off, disrespected, and a lack of quality of life.
