LOVED Bartlett Landing

We were residents in Bartlett Landing in Tuckerton for 2 years! I can't even begin to tell you how VERY HAPPY we were there. The only reason we moved was because our jobs were over an hour away! If and When I can I will move back to Bartlett Landing or one of their sister communities I will! They need to build a community in South Jersey! I will be their first occupant! The maintenance guys were quick to respond to any issue and Fran and Chrissie were so so nice! They made living there so… stress free! The pool, grounds and walking paths were also an added PLUS! I loved the community, the neighbors and Fran!!

Overpriced over rated

Where do I begin. The heating and air conditioning system in this place is horrible. Maintenance has to shut vents upstairs in the winter to force heat downstairs to warm the unit. It’s so cold downstairs In the winter and hot upstairs. The pool was shut down for 2 weeks in the summer do to the fact they didn’t want to deal with the property management. She acts all nice till you sign the lease then she turns into the grinch that stole Christmas. The units look like when you first see them but… once you move in you realize how outdated they are. My stove and dishwasher are from the early 2000s. No street parking and overflow parking is just where everyone parks their boats and trailers it’s an eyesore. Save the high rent. Look elsewhere.

This place is amazing! I absolutely love it! The grounds are meticulously maintained, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and any issues requiring attention are responded to almost immediately. The apartments are spacious with great amenities and I feel as though I am getting a great value for my money. I have ZERO complaints and could go on with positive feedback forever. My apartment is beautiful! This is the nicest place I have ever lived.

A Fantastic Place to Live

I am so pleased with the Bartlett Landing Team! We absolutely LOVE it here. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful in a stressful out-of-state move. We were very nervous about renting without seeing the unit first. However, everything is exactly as described and the Team made everything flow so smoothly and easily! I would recommend Bartlett Landing as a fantastic place to live.

Nice Community

Moving from Florida, I spent my first five years in New Jersey living at Bartlett Landing. Unaccustomed to the Winterization and Summerization practices, I was fortunate that the Management Staff and Maintenance Staff educated me and took care of these items for me. I've never had to shovel snow, nor salt sidewalks - that's all done for you. From the initial contact through lease end Fran and her team have always have handled any issues timely and professionally. I enjoyed living at Bartlett… Landing and recommend it to anyone looking to move there.
