This is a smoke-free house, with an ashtray provided in the side yard. Guests are asked to remove their shoes upon entering. Due to a sensitive septic system, only essentials should be flushed. Friends are welcome to visit during the day, with a limit of 2 extra visitors without host permission. Overnight guests must be included in the reservation. Sound carries over water, so guests are asked to be ultra quiet outside after 10 pm to avoid community fines. No glass is allowed outside to ensure safety.
