Do not move here
Management is atrocious. I can never reach them on the phone, so I have to go into the office and I'm met with incompetence, incorrect information, and given the run around. They raised rents by 20% this past year. Meanwhile, I've been living in a construction zone. Water is frequently shut off with no warning or explanation. The company that bought the property is trying to flip it, but didn't realize there's a massive plumbing problem throughout the entire complex they have to deal with, so... they're pushing the cost onto residents. New hidden fees are frequently popping up. They forced the entire property into paying a flat fee for Xfinity that is more than I was paying for internet on my own plan. And recently, every unit in my immediate area received official notices of noise complaints stating that further violation of quiet times will result in a $50 fee and/or eviction. This sudden notice of mass complaints seems suspicious to me since my neighbors and myself are very quiet. One of the units that received a notice doesn't even have a tenant. I should have seen the red flags before I even moved in. It was a nightmare just getting my lease from them to sign. It wasn't resolved until I ended up in tears trying to get them to sort out the lease and financial information.
