We're so thankful to Ariel, out leasing agent for always assisting us in our concern.
We just move in last June 5, the only concern for us is when we ask for some request service, it took us days to resolve our query( esp. now that we have an outstanding service request that still need to be resolved). We are really expecting for a secure environment that we can enjoy living.
Nevertheless, so far, so good!

The only thing I like is the area. Multiple service request have been made to fix issues that should have been repaired prior to move in. I was told I have an assigned parking spot but there is always someone parked there.

Great location, staff very understanding and helpful! Only down fall is the assigned parking! Fast to respond to service calls. Rent is very reasonable.

2312 Apartments have been nice and quiet. It is a very friendly community. We have been here 3 months and enjoying it. Would definitely recommend
