Don't move here

I am very disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. My lease is up this month, and I was informed that my rent would be increased to “market value,” even though the unit does not reflect that level of value. I raised concerns and requested a fair review of the increase, but my concerns were dismissed and my request was denied.

Instead of a proper explanation or negotiation, I was offered a $300 “concession,” which was not clearly explained to me at all. The leasing staff did...
not properly clarify what this means or how it applies, which only added to the confusion.

What is most concerning is that my rent was increased without me signing a new lease agreement approving these changes. I do not feel the process was transparent, fair, or respectful of the tenant.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I strongly encourage others to carefully review all lease terms and communication before moving here.

For the amount of rent I pay I’ve never received a carpet cleaning or a bigger discount on my rent. I’ve been here 5 years. They shut the water off randomly and weekly, the amenities are broke or unsanitary. Will move once my lease is up
