Our experience here was great, my apartament is cozy, i have the trees outside, my balcony is wounderful, a lot of sunny lights coming inside, we really love to live here, during the summer its looks like we were at the beach, but since 11/15 its a nightmare.

Great Energy and Staff

This place has great energy and a caring staff, which is rare these days. Specially, Forest and Stephen in maintenance, are always professional and responsive to any request or concern I have. Much appreciated!

My experience at Escena was terrible. The handling of an emergency water leak showed complete lack of communication and professionalism. The front desk staff were unhelpful and had no people skills, and maintenance failed to respond in a timely way. I would not recommend this community to anyone.
