I am very disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. My lease is up this month, and I was informed that my rent would be increased to “market value,” even though the unit does not reflect that level of value. I raised concerns and requested a fair review of the increase, but my concerns were dismissed and my request was denied.

Instead of a proper explanation or negotiation, I was offered a $300 “concession,” which was not clearly explained to me at all. The leasing staff did... not properly clarify what this means or how it applies, which only added to the confusion.

What is most concerning is that my rent was increased without me signing a new lease agreement approving these changes. I do not feel the process was transparent, fair, or respectful of the tenant.

Escena is a pleasant place to live. They are quick to address the emergent issues you may have with your apartment. the community is quiet and they keep it clean.

I love where I am staying due to no rats or roaches. No break in so far that I know.
Quiet complex so far. I have not experience
no violence nor trouble of any kind.

For the amount of rent I pay I’ve never received a carpet cleaning or a bigger discount on my rent. I’ve been here 5 years. They shut the water off randomly and weekly, the amenities are broke or unsanitary. Will move once my lease is up

Escena/Greystar has really shown a lot of improvement to their property management team and their maintenance staff. I love living here.
