I like this apartment complex. The staff and maintenance are also helpful, respectful, and timely. I feel that rent is pretty expensive for what you do get, but overall good apartments.

Just recently moved in. But so far no complaints. The community is peaceful and the girls in the office have been super kind, welcoming, and overall helpful. We also really appreciate thier patience with us, since we have so many questions.

Not happy to pay for non working and fully stocked/upkept amenities. Clear and simple. Getting charged for something that’s not working has no benefit to me and charging for it is almost like theft,

We’re committed to maintaining everything in excellent condition! Our team has implemented regular reminders to keep maintenance tasks on track and ensure our amenities are always in optimal shape. Our attentive staff conducts daily cleanings in both the clubhouse and model units, and they make sure the fitness center is fully stocked with fresh towels and water for all residents.
We also recognize that the weather and community activities can make it challenging to keep our outdoor spaces looking their best. That’s why our Community Manager conducts a daily walk-around the property to identify and resolve any issues promptly. Your enjoyment of our amenities is our highest priority!

front desk staff is unfriendly, always has an unfriendly attitude when you call. Maintenance team is always friendly and can fix any issue in a timely manner. Walls are very thin you can hear your neighbors arguing constantly. I would recommend this place but keep in mind that the front desk staff can be rude and not understanding to any of your concerns and just try to pass you off to elsewhere. I understand if people are having a hard day but having an attitude in every phone call is not... something that should be tolerated especially even if you can’t be compassionate towards the people that are calling.
