I’ve had a wonderful experience with the leasing/management team. They’ve made moving in so easy. Austin, one of the bartenders at Lexie’s Bistro was so welcoming and kind as well. The assigned parking seems to be new and I’ve had mixed information from different residents regarding where to park/not to park. My biggest complaint is the hot tub closing at 10pm and an unprofessional interaction with one of the security guards on the property. Ilumina is a great community that offers a resort-style lifestyle. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and the complex is quiet and peaceful.

Ilumina is such an awesome place to live! What really makes it stand out is the resort-style vibe — the saltwater pools, misters on all the palm trees, and even a bistro/bar right by the pool. It seriously feels like you’re on vacation every day.

The property is very heavy on the amenities which is great! The apartment itself is very small. It lacks cabinets and the kitchen is super small. Only the amenities are great!!
