The Well is an excellent place to live. I can to this area to work as higher education executive and want to live where a lot of other professional people live, and this was it. It's quite, and allows me to enjoy living in an apartment complex again.

The office staff are very friendly, the water is always well-stocked, and the coffee machine is new, which is great. However, it's a shame that sometimes you see homeless people in the parking lot.

I really enjoy living in my apartment—the space and layout are fantastic. While experiences with the front office can vary, I’ve had the pleasure of working with several helpful and attentive staff members who make living here enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great community and a comfortable place to call home
