Living at The Well has been a truly positive experience. The front-facing office staff are amazing — warm, kind, considerate, and genuinely welcoming. They help make the community feel like home, which is something you cannot manufacture through design alone.
The maintenance team also deserves real recognition. They are respectful, efficient, professional, and considerate in the way they handle resident needs. One of the biggest issues with this apartment complex is the constant staff turnover. While I do like the current staff, the lack of consistency has caused major problems. When we moved into our two-bedroom apartment, the unit was not move-in ready. There were missing items, torn carpet, and several damages throughout the apartment. Because of this, we carefully filled out the move-in inspection form documenting everything and turned it into the front office, where we were assured it would be... filed properly.
Now, two years later, after downsizing to a one-bedroom, we are being charged for many of those same damages. When we questioned it, we were told the document was never filed with the correct department. As a result, we are now being held responsible for damages that existed before we moved in, all because someone failed to do their job and there has been a completely different staff since then.

Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify that residents are only charged for items that were not documented during the original move-in walkthrough process. If you have any copies of your move-in inspection form, photos, or supporting... documentation, we encourage you to submit those directly to receivables for review so they can compare them against the final charges assessed.In regard to staff turnover, while we understand consistency is important, staffing changes are a normal part of business operations. Team members may be promoted, transferred to other communities, or move on to different opportunities over time. Regardless of staffing changes, we do our best to maintain accurate records and provide continuity for our residents.
