one of the best!

One of the best apartment complex’s I’ve lived in Henderson. Quiet area and the staff is amazing and nice. Never have had an issues. Maintenance is great. Small bug issue but apartment got sprayed quickly and the issue was gone. Nice neighbors. If you don’t like noise during the day then don’t move to an apartment. Lots of parking for guests.

False move out charges

They charged me for pet damage carpet when I never had a pet . I also looked at all the reviews and I’m not the only one who experienced the same problem with him about cost about them ripping out the carpet and saying they had damage and they had to charge a pass tent a thousand dollars for the carpet

Loved living here

My fiance, kids, and I lived here for 2 years and it was the best complex we’ve ever lived at. Maintenance takes care of things almost immediately. Christina is the kindest lady I’ve ever met and she goes above and beyond for her residents. Literally the only reason we left was because we got a house. Would recommend leasing here.

No complaints.

I’ve lived at Ventana Canyon for over 3 years now and have absolutely no complaints.. Management super friendly. Maintenance always on point. Great for small dogs.

POS... do not rent here

Poor construction, you can hear and smell everything your neighbors do. Small parking spots. And the office staff are RIDICULOUSLY RUDE! Not worth the money
