Staff is great and very responsive. Property is clean and well maintained. Gym in the main building is fantastic!

However, they tell you upon move in that the infrastructure was built to sound out noise from neighbors, which is NOT the case. Constantly heard loud music coming from both sides of me and heard the neighbors above me stomping around for hours a day. Finally had to move out because I wasn’t sleeping. Beware if you appreciate peace and quiet in your own home!

Don’t know where to start there is so much wrong. No interment/cable/ WiFi because builders cut wires too short. They let us live that way for over 2 weeks. Elevator broken 4 times in two weeks, especially difficult when you are disabled! Now biggest problem as we move into 3rd week.Flooding leak from rain in ceiling that went over new rugs and just poured into bedroom from bathroom. Couldn’t be more fun! Management and website had agreements allows 5 months rentals after a signed approval but had turned around the next day stating the minimum rent is at 9months. Also, It says $50 for application fee but was charged $100 twice and I was told the $100 application fee is not refundable even though I was misled by the website, the holding fee is non refundable as well after 24hrs, and lastly the holding fee 350 is not for holding per the website but for redecorating. It is sad that this place would... try to add hidden fees without properly disclosing at the application process. Probably the worst place for hidden fees and non disclosures. The refund I was promised never came through and so I disputed the full amount and 2 months later they mailed a bill for $600 as if I broke the agreement. I moved to Las Vegas 6 months ago. Tesora is my first ever apartment. It's been very pleasant and I don't have any complaints. I came two weeks before my move to find an apartment and Tesora was the best space for the price. The design of the building and the private staircases won me over. When I signed my reservation paperwork, I worked with Melissa. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Jill and Christian in the front office have also been very professional and friendly and... they have gone above and beyond to help me get accustomed and comfortable with the recreational and social aspects of the move with great suggestions for sites to see and places to find good food. Love the property, been here nine months! Office, and maintenance staff are very attentive. Free WiFi, coffee, and tea in clubhouse! Only problem is the neighborhood scum that get into pool area! Staff is quick to deal with it, as much as possible. Place really could use WORKING cameras, and security on site!
