After living at Tesoro for three years, I’ve seen a huge improvement in management. Everything has gotten better, from handling service requests to Amazon package security. Packages can be left outside your door for days without worrying about theft. These are the things I truly appreciate about living at Tesoro. There is also security stationed near the front office, which makes it feel safe even when going out early in the morning. Because of these improvements, my review has gone from 2.5... stars to 5 stars.

My overall experience here at Tesoro Ranch has been amazing! The online process to apply was easy and the leasing team that reached out to us was very helpful and nice. When we arrived to get our keys and finish the leasing process the front office staff was able to answer all my questions and made the process nice and easy for us. The apartment was well maintained and clean. The maintenance crew is quick to respond and awesome!! Overall experience so far is 10/10!! :)

I’ve lived at Tesoro Ranch for about 9 months now. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful, and they made my move-in process quick and easy. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. The entire complex is always clean and well-maintained, and I truly feel safe and comfortable here. The community is friendly, and I’ve never had to deal with any noise issues or disruptions.

Another huge plus — I’ve never seen a single bug in my apartment or anywhere around the property, which... says a lot about how well it’s cared for. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been handled quickly, usually the same day unless it’s the weekend.

Overall, Tesoro Ranch is a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable community.
