Don’t ever move here
I strongly advise against moving here. The complex feels unsafe I’ve witnessed drug deals near the mailbox, and the overall environment is sketchy. Cockroaches are a constant issue; you can’t walk around without seeing them everywhere.
Management will tow your car without any prior notice they could at least send a letter beforehand, but they don’t. A few times a year, staff enter units unannounced in a way that feels more like a raid than a routine inspection. I assume it’s to check for pets,... but the approach is extremely invasive.
They advertise a rooftop pool, but it’s out of commission about 90% of the time. The entrance to the complex is also poorly designed and very inconvenient.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and take all feedback seriously.
If you witness suspicious activity, please report it directly to the Metro Police and notify our office so we can follow up. We have not... received prior reports of such incidents, but your safety is a priority.
Pest control services are performed weekly. If you're experiencing issues, please submit a maintenance request so we can ensure your unit is treated.
Vehicles are only towed without notice if parked in restricted zones such as fire lanes or handicap spots without valid permits. Otherwise, notices are always issued, and we encourage residents to contact the office if their vehicle is tagged.
All unit entries are conducted per lease and legal guidelines. Notices are provided unless it’s an emergency.
The main clubhouse and lap pools are open. The rooftop pool is currently awaiting final permit approval, and we expect it to reopen soon.
We’re happy to speak further about your concerns—please feel free to reach out to the office.
Sincerely,
Macey H, Property Manager
